How We Keep You Safe
You Approve Every Session
Remote support runs over a secure, encrypted remote connection that you approve. You grant access for each session individually, and you can watch what the technician does on your screen.
End It Any Time
You stay in control. You can end a remote session at any moment by closing the session window or asking the technician to stop.
We Never Ask for Passwords by Email
We will never ask you to send passwords, PINs or payment card details by email. If a message claiming to be from us asks for them, don't reply.
